Rafa Frczek does not bear responsibility for any improper use of the Software. 5. Disclaimer Except as expressly stated herein, the Software is provided as is without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of performance or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. User bears all risk relating to quality and performance of the Software. The performance of the Software varies with various manufacturers equipment with which it is used. Rafa Frczek does not warrant that the Software or the functions contained in the Software will meet User's requirements, operate without interruption or be error free.

6. Other rights and limitations Termination of the License Agreement: Independently of other rights Rafa Frczek may terminate this License Agreement if the User fails to comply with the terms of it. In such event, the User must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its components and remaining parts of it. 7. Effects of agreement This Agreement embodies the entire understanding between the parties with respect to, and supersedes any prior understanding or agreement, oral or written, relating to, the Software. Governing Law: This License Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of European Union. It was drawn up in accordance with the civil and copyright laws. YOU CONFIRM, that You got acquainted with this Agreement and fully understand its terms and agree with them. You also confirm, that this is the only, complete, Agreement between You and Rafa Frczek.
