Kedua belah pihak bersepakat untuk melakukan perjanjian kerjasama dengan ketentuan sebagai
berikut

Pasal 1 Perjanjian ini berlaku untuk pemakaian PIHAK ll sebagai model yang dipergunakan oleh PIHAK l. Masa pemakaian ini terhitung berlaku mulai dari 30 Januari 2010 sampai dengan 30 January 201 1. Pasal 2 Foto dan image PIHAK ll akan digunakan dan dapat direkayasa oleh PIHAK I tanpa perlu ijin dari PIHAK ll terlebih dahulu sebagai material promosi di media cetak dan elektronik seperti poster, brosur, contoh foto, leaflet, album foto, lnterior & POP material lainnya baik "above the line" maupun "below the line". Pasal 3 PIHAK I akan memberikan uang tunai sebesar Rp2.000.000,- (Dua Juta Rupiah Rupiah) sebagai imbalan jasa yang diberikan PTHAK ll
