Foreign Minister said that "under no circumstances" has moved to London concern for Alex Salmond plans but warned that the British and Spanish cases "have nothing to do" Brussels (ACN) .- The Spanish Foreign Minister, Jose Manuel GarciaMargallo considered "unacceptable" that the government expressed its "discomfort" in London for discussions on the independence of Scotland. Garcia-Margallo denied that the Spanish government has expressed his "fear" to hold a referendum on independence the British government, as pointed out this weekend the English newspaper 'The Independent. "In no case was moving toward discomfort," said GarciaMaragall a press conference from Brussels, where he stressed that Scottish independence is an "internal process" British. The minister said that the situations constitucionls the United Kingdom and Spain "have nothing to do."
