Explained to the patient the action and purpose of the drug Continue taking prescribe Expalined the side effects and medication on the patient on adverse reactions of the drugs in exact dosage, time and frequency oreder for them to be aware. making sure that the purpose of Expalined the need of continue the medication is fully disclosed medications for specific period of by health time. Instructed not to excess the prescribed dose of the drug. Advised not to misss taking Maintenace Environment Maintain safe environment Place belongings within reach Instructed the family to ensure that the patient lives in a clean and safe environment. Aids for bathing, dressing and eating: Some of these are safety devices like grab bars in the shower seats and non slip floor mats and slip-resistant tiles in the shower or tub. Furniture: Simplify furniture arrangements to make navigating the room as easy as possible Lighting: Be sure there is sufficient lighting. Ensured proper ventilation and lighting in room for the patients comfort and promotion of fast recovery. Avoid moving in ways that may further injure her heart as twisting or bending over.
