1. Design an inverting OPAMP circuit with a voltage gain of 15. The current in each resistor should be no more than 100A for an input voltage of 0.5V. 2. Design the following ideal summing OPAMP circuit. Two input signals are v i1 = 2.5 Sin t V and vI2 = 2V. The desired output voltage is to be v O = 5(1 + Sin t) V. The largest resistor value is to be 200 k. 3. Consider the instrumentation amplier that we studied in class. Assume ideal OPAMPs. The circuit parameters are: 2R1 = 20 k, R2 = 115 k, R3 = 50 k, and R4 = 200 k. The input voltages are vi1 = 0.5 0.03 Sin t V and vi2 = 0.5 + 0.03 Sin t V. Determine the currents through each resistor, and the voltages at the outputs of each OPAMP. 4. Consider the ideal OPAMP-based integrator. Assume that the capacitor is initially uncharged. The output voltage is vO = 8V at t = 2s after a 0.2V pulse is applied to the input. (a) What is the RC time constant? (b) At what time will the output become 12V? 5. Consider the circuit shown. The input voltage is Vi = 0.5 sin t. Determine V B , VC , and V o and plot them for one cycle period. What is the voltage gain V o/V i?
