Main Ideas: People feel a fear of confrontation and think that theyre complaints are trivial. Evidence Provided: The author confronts a shopkeeper only to learn he just had a heart attack. 4. Main Ideas: Increasing dependence on others leads to apathy and inaction. Evidence Provided: We rely on technology and service so much that we cannot speak up on ourselves.
