shall not be included in the Conference Volume and the organizers may find it difficult to provide accommodation to those who do not register themselves upto 20th November 2011. Department of Public Administration: - (www.dpalu.in) The Department of Public Administration, created in University of Lucknow in 1963, with responsibility for teaching and research in Public Administration, and having a long tradition of providing training, both induction and in-service, is a pioneering institution in northern India, undertaking evaluation of various government programmes and providing consultancy. It has well-established international linkages with exchange of scholars for higher training and research besides organizing seminars, workshops and symposia, attended by academicians and experts from all over the country and undertaking a number of research studies, sponsored by various national and international agencies. The Department has an auditorium, a conference hall, meeting rooms, class rooms, a Computer Laboratory with audio-visual aids and a Library with more than 25,000 volumes on Public Administration and related disciplines and subscribing to a number of journals and periodicals. Hospitality: All the participants will be provided free hospitality inclusive of tea/coffee, breakfast, working lunch and dinner for the three conference days. Accommodation: Participants will be provided suitable accommodation free of cost.
