The Power of influence

We flock with our won kind. Every individual carries his own unique physical, mental, emotional and social characteristics and build up. Summing these things up forms individuals PERSONALITY which then can also be considered as a reflection of ones soul. The formation of ones personality starts with the inheriting and adopting of traits and characteristics from his parents through the fusing of genes. This process also serves as the basic foundation of ones personality, the traits he acquired is imbedded deeply in the heart of the individual but then outside factors triggers its development to its maximum. When a child goes out to see the light of this world, the true story of formation and development of his personality begins. The environments where an individual dwell greatly affect his whole personality. As long as he live at these particular places, he will probably soon learn to adopt the beliefs, values, ideas, norms or in short the way of living of people around him. A child living in a Squatter area where there are always quarrels, fights and no peace at all will probably behave just like what he witnesses in that place. The ugly place where he live will make him realize that it is already common and accepted to behave in such way, thats why when he goes to other places where peace is observed, he will probably be longing for his past environment for thats what he used to, therefore proving that his personality is greatly affected. A child, who grew with broken family, will tend to behave rebellious. But a child living in a well behaved society and family, interacting with such good friends will eventually behave nicely. Thats why in general; the attitude and behavior of the people you frequently interact with will already give a hint about your own personality. We flock with our own kind; ostriches can never perfectly live with killing beasts like tigers for they always would want to live with their same type of specie. The environment you dwell in will then serve as the final touch and determinant of your personality for it is where you spend your life, your environment is where you will develop your whole personality and it is all just a matter of influence that drives the process.
