Unofficial online transcripts are acceptable and can be downloaded on MyPage (www.slcc.edu) Submit entry form, &transcript (inside 9x12envelope) along with the portfolio on a CD, DVD, or traditional box or handled portfolio. Attach Envelope securely to portfolio and make sure that your name is on all parts of your submission. Take submissions to room SCM-N281 at the South Campus * on or before 3:00 PM, Mon. Feb. 13, 2012. Portfolios can be picked up from South City Campus, Room- SCM-N281 after the winners are announced. An entry form & transcript, submitted in a 9x 12 envelope are all that is needed if the portfolio will be viewed online. Form & transcript must also be submitted to SCM-N281 at the South Campus * on or before 3:00 PM, Mon. Feb. 13, 2012.
