    Daisy de Obeah This ones a variation of the Daisy de Santiago, with a nod to Trinidad (from which Denizen rum

    is made). Obeah = witchcraft (in Trinidad); Strega = witch (in Italian). A language lesson for all! Recipe: Ingredients:
    2 oz. Denizen Rum 1oz. Lime Juice oz. Cane Syrup oz. Velvet Falernum oz. Strega Directions: Add all ingredients except Strega in a mixing tin and shake dry (meaning: without ice). Pour into a pilsner or wine glass and fill with crushed ice and swizzle. Float Strega on top. Garnish lavishly with fresh mint sprigs.
