In my 1st week I learn more in reservation office.I know how to receive the guest. The important things to remember when I getting the reservation know the details of the guest that want to reserved. I learn how to check the room availability in the system.I learn how to faxed by booking order or billing of the guest. I learn how to operate the photocopy machine and faxed machine.
