A group of students carried out an experiment to study succession process by bread
mould. A piece of wet bread is kept in a dark room for 2 weeks.
Sekumpulan pelajar telah menjalankan satu eksperimen untuk mengkaji proses
sesaran kulapuk roti. Sekeping roti dilembabkan dan dieramkan dalam bilik gelap
selama dua minggu.
Diagram 2 shows how quadrat sampling technique is used to calculate the percentage
of bread mould on day 6.
Rajah 2 menunjukkan teknik persampelan kuadrat yang digunakan untuk menghitung
peratus litupan kulapuk roti pada hari ke-6.
The colour of the bread mould is observed every 2 days. The name of the bread mould
is based on its color. Table 1 shows the results obtained.

3. Answer any two questions from Section B. Write your answers for Section B on the
