Peter, our TIS Science teacher, joined our Food and Farming Survival lesson on a healthy and balanced meal. Knowledge: We know what a healthy, balanced meal is. Skill: We can design a healthy, balanced meal. Understanding: We understand why it is important to eat healthy, balanced meals. Future learning: We are going to learn about the different food groups and how we can find them in food, e.g. sugars, proteins, etc.
