PTVA S SATHAYE COLLEGE BYTE-IT 2010 INSPIRE|INVOLVE|INITIATE Since the last eight years, the bsc(IT) department of sathaye

college has been hosting an intercollegiate technical festival called BYTE-IT. Intially BYTE-IT was open for students studying Information Technology or Computer science . However , this year onwards, BYTE-IT will welcome participation from students studying I.T. and Computer Engineering from colleges all over Mumbai. This year BYTE-IT 2010 has been scheduled to be held during the second week of December (16th,17th,18th). BYTE-IT has 17 events spanning a period of three days. Last year, the festival received an overwhelming response. The festival had been inaugurated by the chief guest Mr.Ravi Eppatturi, Vice-president of TCS. We hope that you will continue to support us. After all, the success of the festival depends on you too. OU R SPONSORSHIP POLICY Z PROMOTIONAL PARTNERSHIP : In exchange for your sponsorship help, we provide you with on opportunity to exhibit your products and services to the college going crowd. This is the best opportunity you could get to create awareness about your company among students. Z SHARING DATABASE OF ABOUT 2,000 STUDENTS : There are about 17,000 students in Mumbai who study B.Sc.I.T. we plan to target all of them as well as students studying B.SC. Computer Science. For the first time we are also going to invite students doing I.T. and Computer Engineering. So we give you the platform as well as the crowd. Z INTERNET ADVERTISING : We are planning to create a website for BYTE-IT for online registrations and according to the kind of sponsorship ,we name our sponsors on the site too. And the site will be promoted on the social networking sites like facebook, twitter and orkut. These sites are very popular with youngsters and so we will be able to reach out to a vast crowd. Z WIDE MEDIA COVERAGE : This year, we have a special team dedicated just to the marketing of BYTE-IT . It will have print partners, media coverage of the festival as well as radio publicity for BYTE-IT.
