Encourage Someone And Watch Them Shine

The Purpose
We are quick to criticize and find faults in those around us but often fail to acknowledge the good in someone and love, encourage and appreciate them for it. This is just a mere beginning, an initiative started by a few, who felt that our police officials don't get enough encouragement ,to be the best they could be. It is a small gesture towards these officials to encourage and appreciate them for all their help and services.

Volunteers
The B.M.S students of M.M.K College Bandra. Teachers of B.M.S for M.M.K College. Rotary Club of M.M.K College. Students and citizens across the city. Volunteers will be divided into groups of 5. Each group will have one group leader. Every group will visit at least one Police Station or Check point where they will hand over the token of appreciation to the policemen individually.

The Plan
Visiting the local police stations and police check points in the city of Mumbai on the 24th Dec. Felicitate the officers with a Cadbury Dairy Milk along with a rose. Thank the officers and encourage them to perform better.

The Statistics
Out of 87, 50 Police Stations have been short-listed by us across the city. Each chowki comprises of 200 policemen. The volunteers will also visit Police check points where there will be 20 policemen. The figure includes, police inspector, police sub inspector, assistant sub inspectors, police sub inspector, head constable and police constables.

Ever since it s incorporation, Cadbury has been the most finger-licking chocolate amongst all the generations. The initiative is to celebrate, celebrate the efforts of hardworking officials who otherwise go unnoticed, celebrate their sacrifices and instill in them pride, in what they do. Celebrate & Appreciate are the key drivers of this campaign and that s exactly what Cadbury has always stood for.
