Rules
1. For most verbs, the past participle is adding ing ex. Watch p Watching 2. For verbs ending in e, do not write the e ex. Havep Having 3. For short verbs ending with a vowel and a consonant, double the consonant ex. Run p Running 4. For verbs ending in y or w, ignore Rule 3 ex. Pay p Paying
