Q.1 Tell me something about yourself ? Ans.

I am KOMAL GUPTA, I am currently perusing MBA I HRM major and MKTING minor from IBS Mumbai , I have done my Graduation from Indore in Bachelors in foreign trade, I had done my 10th and 12th from Imphal ( Manipur ), I am born and bought up in imphal , my father is a businessmen and my mother is a home maker, I have a younger brother who is currently doing B. com. Being a fresher I don t have any experience to the corporate world however during my SIP I got a chance to work with corporate an gain the first exposure from them.

Q.4 . What are your long term and short term goals ? Ans. My short term goal is get knowledge about that particular field in which i m going to work....and broaden my experience...so that it could be use in my future work My long term goal is to work in those association which are related to my degree so that i can use and can apply in practically whatever i have learned..and it will help me to get top position by applying theortical knowledge in practical aspects

Q. 5 Why did you choose HR as your career ? Ans. When i started my MBA i was confused about specialization but during the course of "Principles of Management" my teacher inspired me very much, he was an HR professional with a rich experience of domestic and international HR and then i decided to come into this field.
