 UPD-BO receives the requested Statement of Estimated Income (regular income under the revolving fund) from the U.P. Diliman Accounting office(UPD-AO) which will be used to augment the budget ceiling (General Fund) of U.P. Diliman. Upon receipt of the guidelines for the preparation of the Internal Operating Budget (IOB) from the Office f the Vice-President for Planning and Finance ( OVPPF)

UPD-BO prepares the detailed unit/office/college IOB matrix by program (for both the general fund and revolving fund) 2.1 Personal services 2.2 Maintenance and other operating expenses\ 2.3 Equipment outlay 2.4 Construction outlay

 UPD-BO extracts and prints the IOB matrix categorized by:

IOB by units/offices/colleges in the CUs IOB by program of expenditures
