Hi I'm a listener, I just feel Flava represents New Zealand Hiphop & RnB vibe big t ime, the

DJ who does the 4:30pm slot weekdays, is he even a kiwi?, if he is he s ounds as plastic as hell. I mean come on, bring in someone with some kiwi-soul, some experience, that prop erly reflects Our unique heritage, someone who's real. This child is over his he ad, talking about things he has only surface level knowledge of. My concern is his interviews & communicating with overseas artists & peoples, hi s ignorance of kiwi culture, is harmful to flava's reputation as one of our prem iere radio stations. The perception he is painting about us as a nation & the ro le-modeling impact on our own up & coming is not "KIWI-REAL". Simply put he still has his learners licence & needs a more experience orator to bring the cool vibe we kiwi's are known for the world over, & axe his trainer-w heels plastic vibe he brings. We kiwi's have the Cool flava vibe in spades, we are real not plastic. I'm not saying cut him, I'm just saying he needs guidance from a more experience d DJ & to be sent around the country to meet our people & flava's target group, but with someone who can keep his wheels on the kiwi track. I'm not hating him, the talents there, but up-skilling him via a steady consiste nt job training employment plan is really needed by Flava. So this is really a rack on management, I like what you all do, but some masteri ng of tone & pitch is needed. Regards Jonathan Hayward A Kiwi & hiphop & Rnb fan.
