HEREINAFTER CALLED THE “FOUNDERS” OF THE FIRST PART; 10. Atluri Sreemannarayana, Son of Hardiah, aged 69 years, Akulavari Street, Buckinghampet, Vijayawada - 520 002, A.P. Member of the Board of Trustees, HEREINAFTER CALLED THE “BOARD” ON THE OTHER HAND; ARE desirous of creating a trust in fulfillment of the aims in clause 3 of this trust deed. Whereas in pursuance of the said desire the trustees mentioned above have this day settled upon the trust a some of rupees Rs. 1,001/- which the founders desire to settle upon the trust for public charitable purposes hereinafter specified and whereas the trustees herein have agreed to become the first trustees of these presents as testified by their being parties to and executing these presents; AND WHEREAS the founders have handed over to the trustees a sum of tupeés 1,001/- donation the receipt of which the trustees hereby , acknowledge; AND WHEREAS the “BOARD” has agreed to act as trustees; NOW THIS DEED OF DECLARATION OF TRUST WITNESSES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE TRUST IS CONSTITUTED: 1. The founders hereby declare, creat, form and establish a trust known as “SUNDARAYYA VIGNANA KENDRAM' in memory of Late Sri Putchalapalli Sundarayya, a renowned national libaration fighter; one of the founders of the Communist movement in India and indefatigable fighter for the rights of toiling masses of India and appoint the above named trustees as the FIRST BOARD of trustees. 2. The Trustees hereby accept the Trust and the sum of Rs. 1,001/- given by the founders; 3. The aims and objects of the trust shall be : a. To afford to the members of the public facilities for studies, researches in 1, developing socio-economic and cultural activities of the people, 2. scientific theories of Socialism of various schools and thoughts,
