Factors which are considered at the company are: Change in interpersonal interactions and behavior and acceptance of few hard reality. Every individual is prone to commit mistake. Every one need to look at course correction with positive attitude.

Daily or weekly targets set for individual employee. Behavioral goals includes:  Functional as well as technical excellence: through demonstration, discipline and philosophy. Working together: by being motivated, act as a team player, respect for others, and clear communication.

 Motivation  Developing Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientations (FIRO). Need for inclusion. Need for control. Need for Affection.  T-Group training, Sensitivity analysis etc.

Define a clear and common goal. Identify performance metrics. Foster commitment to the goal.
