Model Predictive Control and simulation of a Biochemical process in a ULoop reactor.

Objectives:
The main objective is to design a MPC for an existing model. Simulate the model with different tuning parameters(weighting matrices, control horizon), in order to get the best possible performance. Investigate which disturbance model will be best suited to get off-set free control? (Input/Output) Make estimation of states with a Kalman filter. What is the optimal procedure for start-up, in order to reach the operation point.

It could be interesting to implement the solution in a programming language different from MATLAB.
