Corporate Bonds & Securitization Advisory Committee

To advise SEBI on issues related to the development of the Corporate Bond Market and the market for securitized instruments in India To advise SEBI on implementing the recommendations of the High Level Committee on Corporate Bonds and Securitization

iii. To advise SEBI on removal of regulatory hurdles under its purview and advise on issues which need to be taken up with other regulators iv. To advise SEBI on issues for addressing the operational and systemic risks, if any, in the market for corporate bonds and securitized instruments v. Any other item relevant to Corporate Bonds & Securitization Markets
