Chicken Masala with Penne

INGREDIENTS 1 Tbsp Oil 500 gram Chicken breasts, cut into strips 5 ml Turmeric 1 Tbsp Curry powder 1 Tbsp Masala Tbsp Grated ginger can Chopped Tomatoes cup Frozen peas 1 cup Cream Salt and Pepper to taste 300 gram Penne pasta, cooked Fresh coriander to garnish METHOD Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown the chicken. Remove and set aside. Add spices, and ginger and fry for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, and return the chicken to the pan. Cook for 5 min Add the peas and cream and cook heat through DO NOT OVER COOK Stir in the cooked pasta and serve immediately
