XLRIs flagship, fulltime, one-year residential MBA program Oldest one year MBA program in India. Offered to professionals with 5+ years of work experience Average student work experience of 7 years Intensive coursework with emphasis on imparting the foundations of management Highlights are the Village Outbound Program and the International Immersion Program Emphasis on uniquely modelled courses such as Organization Behaviour, Corporate Sustainability and Business Ethics.

Teaching Methodology
