Check Run every 7 days Uncheck Prompt before AutoArchive runs Check Archive or delete old Items Uncheck Delete Expired Items Check Show Archive Folder in Folder List Clean out items older than 1 Month Check Move Old Items To: Click Browse Browse to C:\users\Your login name\Documents\Outlook Files\archive.pst Click Apply These Settings to All Folders Now
