Programme on the development of the software tools for data and information management in the SHDMS by relevant software

tools. These software tools shall include: (i) conceptual design report of overall data and information management system for SHDMS including development of OLAP data models, overall data storage and retrieval strategies, formation of data operation store and data warehouse, data interfacing for respective MATLAB Tools and Finite Element Tools Analyses, formation of data marts, etc., (ii) selection of candidate vendors (at least 3 vendors) with cost estimates for executing the works as defined in (i) above, (iii) preparation of the (draft) requirements/specifications for the awarding of such works to the selected vendor. Of course, such work can also be applied to future rectification works on SCB-WASHMS if applicable! The duration for development shall be no more than 8-months. The starting date for development should be the date of awarding the relevant works to the selected vendor. the draft conceptual design report should be submitted no less than one and a half month , and the final conceptual design report should be submitted no than less one month upon the receipt of comments on the draft conceptual design report!.
