To whom it may concern,

It is my immense pleasure to recommend one of my best scout, SR GS Anya Abuyabor, into the Central Staff of the Visayas Region. As the President of the Senior Planning Board of the Negros OrientalSiquijor Council I have witnessed first hand her capabilitie, intelligence, and dillegence on the line of work needed for the position.

I came to know here at the2008 elections for the Senior Planning Board. During the coarse of our meetings, she left me with a very strong immpresion that stayed until today. In addition to this, her ability as aleader to her co-girl scouts and confidence to varieties of challenges had brought her praises not only from me but also the Council Staff. This scout exibits some good characteristics, such as indipendence, excellent participation, and confdence which are essential to further opportunities.
