RESPONSE TO MOTION FOR LIMITS ON PARENTING AGREEMENT

I am the Plaintiff/Petitioner Respondent/Co-petitioner in this action. I hereby respond to _The untitled pleading dated Jan. 30th, 2012. No Fact's have been entered into the record in this court of record. No statutes were cited, and no case law was called upon for precident. As per Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure for Court of Record, No citation can be cited to rebut the motion. I am requesting: I simply move that the court reject petitioner's motion because no evidence has been entered. Copetitioner/Repsondant cannot defend an alegation that is not backed by solid evidence. If there are no facts disagreed upon, then there is no contoversy. Futhermore, I move that the court order petitioner to refrain from calling police on Copetitioner/respondant with no evidence that a law has been broken or danger is present.
