Project Proposal

Title: Positioning and Sales of IT Solution and Product. Duration: 60 days. Objective: 1) To gain knowledge of IT Solution and Products. 2) To understand IT as a market. 3) To apply the management skills in positioning and brand building. 4) To enhance skills of sales which I had learned in my academics.

Steps:

1) Understanding product. 2) Market analysis (competitor and customer focus) 3) Positioning of Product and Service. 4) Prospecting customer and sales. 5) Maintaining data base and post sales approach.

Any addition and correction in above will be discussed and informed before the proceeding of project.
