1. The word count should be limited to 1,500 words for each assignment. 2. Use Font Times New Roman 12, and type in double line spacing. 3. Both questions should be submitted as one assignment and bound in one booklet with separators/ sheets for each of the questions. 4. Cut and paste work, plagiarism and undeclared sources will result in an automatic failure. 5. All assignments or projects will have a compulsory presentation requirement which carries 10%. Communication skills, visual aids, and personal grooming are the criteria for obtaining the 10%. 6. Please use Harvard Referencing System for all the referred materials. 1) Investigate and find out why do people willing to pay more for Coffee Bean coffee than a normal coffee shop. Discuss the importance of finding out of consumer behavior. 2) Aging population is a current common issue; explain how a marketer can create sales by attracting the buying intentions from elders. 3) Interview 3 families and identify who is playing the main role on decisions making during the buying process, and how this influence the decisions made by the family. 4) Friends and society opinions on the products and services are always one of the factors influencing individual buying behavior, comment on how Facebook enhance the impacts from friends and society towards buying behavior. 5) Select an insurance company, identify how the market segmentation done by the company and how each market segmentation targeted by the companys marketing strategies.
