    A pleasant day to you! It has been an honor to serve as an intern in your good office. However, as I am a graduating Computer Science of Western Leyte College, I have to be able to make and defend a system by February 18, 2011 in order to fulfill the requirements of my course. In line with this, I would like to humbly ask for your approval to delay my reporting to your office for the time being until after the above-mentioned date. I respectfully hope for your consideration, as I need the time in between to be able to finish the said system so that I may defend it well and make any necessary revisions if so needed.
