    Request for permission to attend classes at SMC DUHS, Karachi. A one weak ago, my family was attacked by some of our enemies. In the action, my uncle and cousin was injured but I remained safe.     Respected Sir, Most Respectfully, I WAQAR ALI MUHAMMAD S/O ALI MUHAMMAD ABBASI, Student of Batch-37, 6 semester (FRESH) in CMC, SMBBMU would like to state that a one weak ago, I was at my village Rashid Gujrani near Larkana, an incident took place, in which my family was attacked by some of our enemies. In the action, my uncle and cousin was injured but I, by the grace of God remained safe. I also want to add that my parents had shifted to Karachi because of this enmity few years ago. And whole of my family is now settled in Karachi. I, because of above said incident, could not attend any of my OSPE EXAM. So, in these circumstances, it is very difficult for me to continue my studies here in Larkana. This has left me with an option to request your kind honor to accord your kind permission for attending classes at SMC, as I can be in a position to continue my studies.
