PREFACE
The MBA programme is well structured and integrated course of business studies. The main objective of practical training at MBA level is to develop skill in student by supplement to the theoretical study of business management in general. Training is an integral part of MBA and each and every student has to undergo the training for 3 months in a company and then prepare a project report on the same after the completion of training. During this whole training I got a lot of experience and came to know about the management practices in real that how it differs from those of theoretical knowledge and the practically in the real life. In todays globalize world, where cutthroat competition is prevailing in the market, theoretical knowledge is not sufficient. Beside this one need to have practical knowledge, which

would help an individual in his/her carrier activities and it is true that Experience is the best teacher.

BRANCHES OF OUTSHINESOLUTIONS IN ABROAD

USA Data center:Outshine Solutions US Data Center is based in Chicago Facility of Hurricane Electric. Our Network Operations Center has an international internet backbone is considered to be one of the best connections world-wide. Some of the names include Level(3), Abovenet, Savvis, PCCW, Telia and Cogent. Connections ranging from OC192, OC48, and 10GigE (10,000Mbps) form rings connecting Hurricane core routers. An in-house developed self-healing network architecture ensures that there are no blackholes or failure points within the core network. On top of our own backbone, as part of our redundancy program we also have multiple Tier III connections from different locations. This also assures that your data arrives via the shortest and the fastest available network route. Hurricane Electrics network utilizes Border Gateway Protocol Version 4 (BGP4) over dark fiber and long haul wavelengths. We always update the routers software after we have stress tested the latest software on a non-critical router, to make sure it is very stable. The switch that your equipment will ultimately be connected to is connected back to a core router via fiber. All equipments & parts used are branded. So you never have to worry about hardware failure.

Network:Data Center is connected to the Internet with highly redundant network through multiple Gigabit backbones having multiple peering with other networks.

Hardware Guarantee:Servers deployed at the Data Center includes hardware replacement guarantee. In case of any hardware failure, the hardware is immediately replaced.

Security:Manned, on-site security is present 24/7/365. Keycard system is in place for after-hours building entry and floor access.

Electrical Capacity:Typical power allocation is approximately 40 watts per sq. ft. expandable to 80 watts per sq. ft. Each cabinet and 4 x 6 cage receives a 110 volt, 20 amp circuit. Main power is 480 volt, 3 phase.Multiple DC power supplies are now available.

Power:Market Post Tower has 480 volt, 3-phase power delivered to the central power riser on each floor via a conduit riser system. Power allocated is based on the tenants actual demonstrated loads. Typical power allocation is approximately 40 watts per sq. ft. expandable to 80 watts per sq. ft.
