CHEST EXERCISE

1. Lie down on the floor in a straight line. Keep your neck relax (if you get breathless, lying down, you can do this sitting in a chair). 2. Put your hands over the bottom of your rib cage with your fingertips just touching. 3. Breathe in as slowly and deep breath as you can. Let your fingers move with your ribcage so your hands move apart. 4. Breathe out; making sure you squeezed as much air as possible out of your lungs. Your hands should move together so your fingertips touch again. 5. Repeat this exercise until you feel comfortably challenged.
