in England and I am writing to request your permission to use one of your tracks by Michael Bubl, entitled Haven't Met You Yet. With your permission, I would use this track in my current A-level Media studies project which is to create a music video for a popular track. This task also includes producing an album and a magazine advert for the chosen artist. Once we have received your permission, this track would be used only within educational parameters and be directly viewed by the other members in our media class, my teacher and the OCR exam board moderator. I have no intention in it being released directly to a large audience, However, in order for the moderator to be able to mark our work, it has to be uploaded to our St Marks Blogger via Youtube.
