I am very happy to write about the qualities and capabilities of Mr. J. Yogeswaran. I have known him for past three years as a student of M. Tech Biotechnology, Anna University of Technology Tiruchirappalli.

As a mentor, I had an opportunity to closely observe his research interest, potential and his research during the Doctoral Research periods. He had his own innovative ideas and impressed me as a very sincere student, who possesses sound biotechnological knowledge and analytical ability. That is why I consent him as a full time Ph.D., Research Scholar under my supervision. I realize that the research he doing is extremely taxing, requiring analytical and problem solving abilities. His approach to solving problems has always been efficient and of superior standards. He has the capability to get a quick grasp of the situation on hand and then tackle it in a logical manner. Thus he has efficiently demonstrated his ability to independently assess the task assigned to him, and derive and effective solution for the same. He has shown special interest in learning the techniques and keen interest in recent technological developments. He used to stay round the clock in the lab and carryout work. He has the aptitude and enthusiasm to pursue deep research works. He is an amiable person with pleasing personalities and fits in any composition of research team. Hence, I have no hesitation to say that he is sincere, hardworking and committed candidate for the post. He bears an excellent conduct and character. Considering his abilities and capacity for research, I am confident that he would provide lot of promise through his research to scientific society. He can excel in his research and teaching fields.
