ENTREPRENEURSHIP ANALYSIS & DECISIONS

ROLE :
Business angel : ANGEL INVESTORS small private funds -> Business angels network 6 EM Lyon students, 5 years later, wanted to stay in touch, common objectives from an amazing experience in the EAD project. 50 000 each x6 = 300 000 EM Angels

OBJECTIVES :
Starting an experiment with only 50K each, one part high risk, the other part safe investment To decide whether or not they should keep investing together, if the team works, and create a real fund to invest for other alumni of EM Lyon using the EM Lyon Forever Network all over the world. Goal : make it work so that they can create an investment fund together -> start up money. If it doesn t : they ll stop. Then , create a scholarship, from the benefits, awarding them on merit. Attitude towards risk? Crisis : mass low-risk investment. What is the personal level of implication in the investment? One part social to create job, and another one smaller in higher risk, for money Short-term or long-term investment. Entrepreneurial experience learn from innovating business investment Earn money Personally? Or to give away scholarship? to have a part in the development of a business.

Objective: to prove to EML forever that we are capable of doing it to attract new investors.

Establish a larger, more durable and profitable fund raise more funds from alumni of EM Lyon be able to give a percentage to scholarship students

Prove the know-how of EM Angels Establish a network
