This is with reference to your letter dated 2nd January 2012 where you have enquired about our specific requirements for your software. In this context we would like to point out the following:1. Since our primary aim is to prepare our students for the job market, we would require comprehensive packages on Group Discussion and Interview. We already have the Model Interview of IGNOU which you have incorporated in your software. We need newer model interviews, as well as audio-visual teaching material on Interview. At present the tips that you are giving on interview is not comprehensive enough and it is not accompanied by pictures or videos. So we need 2 separate packages for G.D. & Interview with 20 audiovideo material each. 2. Another improvement that needs to be made to the software is that unlike other prevalent softwares it does not have the Grouping Facility. We would like to divide the class into groups and each group would then be assigned different tasks. 3. Again, you have the facility for saving assignments of all the students. However, it is necessary if at the end of the class, the teacher could type a students name and if immediately the assignment could be selected, instead of sorting out the assignment individually. 4.
