Working with a small team of students, you will conduct an Organizational Study and Analysis of the topic allocated to your team. The team will select TWO reputed companies in different sectors with employee strength of at least 200 employees and a well established HR department. The company should be in business for at least 5 yrs and have robust HR practices. All the team members will actively seek information from the HR heads of these companies and make the final presentation and a report. The report will contain the photographs of the team members on the company premises and also the contact nos of the HR heads who interacted with the team. The presentations and reports ( content quality important) to be submitted in soft as well as hard copies to the class subject representatives on the day of presentation without fail. All the members of the team must present and participate in developing project reports. The report should NOT contain theory, but emphasis should be laid on presenting the HR practices followed by the company. The report could contain industry best practices, comparisons and also recommendations and suggestions to the company.
