This presentation is to discuss the statical and dynamical stability of a ship taking into consideration the bilging condition.

4-Dynamical stability
defined as the work done in inclining a ship. When the ship is upright the force 'W' acts upwards through B and downwards through G. These forces act throughout the inclination. b = w.
