TEACHING PLAN ON STRESS

I. DESCRIPTION OF THE LEARNER The client can be of any age, either female or male, who is willing to learn how to manage and prevent Stress. The client can communicate verbally and understand and speak Tagalog or English. The patient has no visual or hearing problems. LEARNING NEED To know ways how to manage and prevent stress. LEARNING DIAGNOSIS Knowledge deficit on stress management and prevention related to unfamiliarity with information resources as manifested by verbalization of the problem. GOAL After the allotted time for discussion and explanat ion, client will be able to enhance knowledge on stress management and prevent ion.
