During this period of time a large number of incinerator has been produced, installed, operated and maintained. For the last decade the incinerators rely completely on an advanced PLC programme. The software used for operating the PLC unit is under constant change and improvement development. Since 2001 TeamTec has made a number of changes, after implementing customer feedback, service engineer feedback and general findings from in house testing. All these changes result in a perfect product that is optimised for each and every day. 80% of the software changes are implemented to cope with the ever changing sludge quality and on board processes that lead to ‘the burning of sludge. Sludge is a very interesting subject. Water content both free water content and emulsification between water and sludge oil (undrainable water content) are changing constantly. After years of experimenting TeamTec now has developed a new software that will cause the PLC to self adapt to the sludge water content and burn while using as little diese! oil as possible. ‘TeamTec is pleased to announce that this software now is available as an easy upgrade for all incinerators produced since 2001 and up.
