The ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law Young Lawyer Action Group has an ex citing opportunity for you

in support of the 27th Annual Intellectual Property L aw Conference. YLAG is sponsoring a networking reception on the first night of the Conference, Wednesday March 28, 2012, with a friendly trivia contest to help break the ice. We are hoping for similar activities this year, but with a twist. I don't know if we have any fans of VH1 Classic's "That Metal Show," but if we do, you may be familiar with the part of that show called "Stump the Trunk," in which fans try to stump heavy metal expert Eddie Trunk with related trivia questions. In plan ning this year's networking reception, we thought it would be fun to include som e young lawyer authored questions in the spirit of "Stump the Trunk," in somethi ng we would like to call "Stump the Section." In the past, some senior members of our Section commented that some of the questions were easy- this is our chan ce to Stump them!! We are looking for questions from young lawyer members of YLAG who would like to try to challenge the Section with their trivia questions. Whether it's an inte resting patent, a quirky trademark registration, or a unique copyright situation , or other type of IP, its fair game to be a Stump the Section question. Just p rovide us with a question, the correct answer, as well as 3 incorrect answers, a nd submit them to David Postolski, YLAG Co-Chair at dpostolski@cantor.com<mailto :dpostolski@cantor.com> by March 1st to be eligible.
