Instructions for Candidates

Candidates will report at the Reception, at 08:30 A.M. (on the specified date) for the Group Discussion / Personal Interview. Candidates will be required to make their own arrangements for railway reservation, travelling, accommodation and other administrative matters. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates. No request for change of date for GD/PI will be entertained. Candidates will submit the following documents immediately on their arrival to the AIM in two separate file covers duly marked the Subject, Name, AIM Regn No. and date of GD/PI on the top of the files in capital letters:-

(a)

File No 1 (Subject Original Documents) should contain the following which would be returned after verification: (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) CAT Score Card in original (colour print). Call letter for GD/PI issued by AIM. Mark sheet, Admit Card / Pass Certificate of Class X. Mark sheet, Pass Certificate of Class XII. Mark sheet, Pass Certificate/Provisional Certificate of Graduation in original. Candidates, who are in their final year of Bachelors degree programme are required to bring a certificate from their present institution to the effect that they would be in a position to complete all requirements for graduation by June 30, 2012. Proof of Gallantry Award Winners / War Widows (if any) for consideration of necessary Weightage. (Gazette of Notification/Part-II Order) - Only for army category. Proof of dependency certificate if not submitted already - Only for army category.

Photocopies copies (duly attested) of all the documents listed in Para 5 (a) above.

Process of the interview: There will be a Group Discussion (first part) followed by Personal Interview (second part). In all matters of admission, the decision of the Institute will be final and binding on the candidates.
