Drug Name Generica Name: Levomeproma zine Classificat ion Antipsychotic drugs. Indication Psychosis, Schizophrenia; palliative care of terminal illness particularly in those marked by restlessness, anxiety, agitation, emotional disturbances, nausea & vomiting. In conjunctive w/ narcotic analgesic to treat pain. Dosage/Ro ute For Ambulatory 25-50mg t.i.d P.O. and NonAmbulatory Initially 100200mg t.i.d P.O. And may increase to 1g/day if required . Contraindica tion Pregnant, Liver impairment and Cardiac disease. Side/Adverse effect Somnolence Asthenia Nursing Consideration Do not give to patient that has sensitivity to the drugs that might cause allergic reaction.
Agranulocytosi s Allergy
Follow the standing other of the doctor. Give it after meal. Note for Hypotension Do not give to the patient that is taking CNS depressants Do not give to a patient that is in the influence of alchohol.
