PROCESS FOR REFERENCE CHECKING

Candidate is employed in the current organization for more than 2


years - Reference checking is done only from the current organization, after
the candidate has submitted his resignation. Reference checking has to be done
from HR and 2 reporting managers

Candidate is employed in current organization for less than 2 years


- Checking is to be done from the HR department of the previous organization
also. This is done before rolling out the offer. After the offer is rolled out,
checking is done from the HR, as well as 2 reporting managers of the current
organization. This is done after the candidate submits his resignation.

The reference check forms below have to be filled and filed in the
candidates personal file.
