INFERENCE: Among respondents upto 20 years of age group, majority of them (i.e. 60%) are using airtel folllowed by aircel users(20%). Consumers in the age group of 21 30 years 51% of respondents are mostly prefer airtel (ie 51%) and 18% of the respondents are using Aircel. 80% of customers are using Aircel, who are in the age group of 31 40 years. 41 and above 40% of the respondents are using Airtel and 30% of respondents are using Reliance. 62
