    Bose-Einstein Condensation
    Bose-Einstein Condensation, or BEC, is the fifth state of matter. It was created in 1995, by Cornell and Weiman. This got its name from Bose and Einstein. Bose, or Satyendra Bose, and Einstein, or Albert Einstein, predicted about this matter in 1920. However, they didnt have the equipment to make an experiment of BEC. BEC doesnt exist naturally. BEC appears because of the quantum mechanical effects on the gathering of entitle called bosons. Bosons are subatomic particles that obey the BEC statistics. This matter slows down light. One strange thing about this matter is the lower the temperature, the atoms would only stay still at one level. An ability of BEC is it can slow down light.
