Hey Joseph, I will be surprised if any of us see your letter other than Peter.

The only letter he has forwarded to me was the orginal Silas letter. Also, tomorrow's board meeting is not a meeting but a 6 hour training session. I do know they are having an executive meeting at some point to discuss the member discontent. At least that's what I think I heard Peter say. Since Peter didn't circulate member letters to you, you might want to check and make sure he gets my letter to the other board members, with enough time to read and process the info before the meeting tomorrow night. If you think that's necessary. Cheers... ----- Forwarded Message ----From: richard sayre <ricsayrerun26@gmail.com> To: Joseph Tokarz <babafree@yahoo.com> Sent: Saturday, May 21, 2011 11:42 PM Subject: Re: Keeping you up to date Hey Joseph, I went to the staff council meeting today and we got into a discussion about the wellness department. Everyone was in agreement that we were powerless to do anything about you or Colin but agree to ask for a change in store policy regarding discipline. All agreed that the bar for firing was too low. We all agreed that Elaine is the problem. Even Bobby spoke negatively about her. If management is not willing to make changes then the staff council will ask for a meeting with the board and with as many concerned staff as possible. No action on the board. I have not been made aware of any letters to Peter or other board members other than the one from Silas. The only reason I am aware of the one from Karen is because of you. Mary Curran, of Mary and Barry is getting the word out and encouraging letter writing. I wish I had better news. Keep working all the angles. All the best, Ric
